Review Audio Project #2 – This is an audio “wrap” of an event story of interest to the Webster University audience. It will include three levels of audio–your voice, the voices of at least two sources and natural sound. Include a picture of your subject in the video portion of the timeline.
Use Adobe Premiere to edit a story that is not shorter than :45 and no longer than 1:00.
Post your story on the class website with a headline and provocative abstract. Truncate, then insert your video link on the second page. Post the script for your wrap in the Comments section below your post. (30 pts)

Pitch Photo Project #2 – Audio Slideshow
This audio slideshow should focus on a visual story with good sound and natural sound that is of interest to a college audience. This story can include your voice (or not), but at minimum should include at least 20 sequenced photos, at least one interview, and nat sound. It should run at least :45 but no longer than 1:00. Post this on the class website with a headline and abstract. Include the script in the Comments section below your post. (30 pts) This completed story is due next week. Please tag this with …”For the Webster Journal, I’m xxxxx.” If it’s for your blog, tag it with the name of your blog and your name.

Assignments due next week: Photo Project #2-Slideshow – Shoot photos and gather sound and natural sound for this audio slideshow that focuses on a visual story of interest to a college audience. Prepare PITCH for Video Project #1: Sequencing – This is a pitch for a story in which you will use your cell phone and tripod to shoot someone involved in a sequential activity such as making a sandwich, cooking a meal, getting a haircut, etc. Prove that you understand the idea of five-shot sequences. Gather good sound and natural sound as well. Edit this using Adobe Premiere and post it on class website with a headline and abstract. IMPORTANT: Be sure to shoot people, not just things. (30 pts) This is due in two weeks.
NOTE: Bring phone/camera and selfie/stick-tripod to class next week.
